About the Founder

Marilyn J. Longo has been in the insurance business since 1965, beginning as the vice president of the Conrad Agency in Jersey City, New Jersey. Later, in 1978, she acquired ownership of the business and changed the name to Longo Agency Inc. Marilyn moved the company to its current location in Bayonne, New Jersey, in 1981.

Longo Agency Inc. merged with Weisman Agency in 1990. At that time, Steven Weisman had also become a vice president of our corporation. In 1997, Longo Agency Inc. acquired the insurance portion of the McNamara Agency. The current president is James R. Miller. Our commitment is to our customes, to give them the best services at the most affordable prices at the Longo Agency inc.
